Full-time/Part-time Medical Receptionist Scarborough

Carefirst Family Health Team is hiring a full-time or part-time Korean Speaking Medical Receptionist in Scarborough. Be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality care to the community. We seek a talented individual to manage front desk duties and enhance patient interactions. As a Medical Receptionist, you will greet patients, coordinate appointments, and support various healthcare professionals while using EMR for documentation. Your role is critical in ensuring efficient clinic operations and offering compassionate patient support in a diverse environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support at the Family Health Team's front desk
• Organize patient appointments and follow-ups effectively
• Handle billing and documentation in compliance with OHIP
• Maintain and safeguard patient records in EMR
• Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact

• Diploma in Health Care Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in healthcare
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Korean, other languages are a plus
