Customer Success Manager for SE Teams

seRevel

Elevate customer satisfaction and drive growth as a Customer Success Manager focusing on Sales Engineering teams. Onboard, engage, and ensure renewals smoothly proceed at seRevel. As a key contributor at seRevel, you will own the post-sale customer journey for SE teams. Your responsibilities include comprehensive onboarding, driving product adoption, and managing renewals effectively. Additionally, you will leverage customer insights to shape product development and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new SE teams with workspace setup and integrations
Drive weekly adoption through AI insights and coaching
Manage renewals and expansion from check-ins to order
Conduct business reviews using actual POC data
Transform happy customers into references and referrals

Requirements:

Several years of experience as a Sales Engineer or SE manager
Proficiency in managing POCs and understanding their outcomes
Capability to use SaaS tools without ticketing engineering
Skill in reading usage data to identify churn risks
Strong communication skills to lead discussions
