Senior Manager Revenue Operations - Lightspeed Role

Own global commission programs and their improvement
Ensure timely commission payouts and process efficiency
Produce insights for GTM leadership through data analysis
Lead communication of changes with cross-functional leaders
Mentor and develop analyst talent in your team

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years in Revenue Operations or related fields
4+ years managing high-performing teams
Deep experience in commission structure design
Proficient in forecasting and analysis tools
English fluency is essential for communication
