- Directly manage a team of engineers in Safety and Physics
- Evaluate and oversee engineering project scopes and quality
- Drive technical integration across various engineering disciplines
- Coach engineers to foster professional development
- Communicate project updates and risks to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with P.Eng. in Ontario
- 10+ years in nuclear engineering or licensing environments
- Proven experience in managing technical teams on complex projects
- Knowledge of nuclear codes and safety analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
