Lead ERP implementations and changes to existing systemsHave experience in financial systems preferable with an accounting backgroundProvide software selection services in the determination of business and technical requirements and facilitate the ‘best fit’ recommendationThe ability and desire to work with a number of accounting systems including but not limited to NetSuiteEstablish, coordinate and maintain data integrity procedures, processes and policiesStudy manual accounting processes and procedures and make recommendations to our clients as to how to automateCoordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs as neededImplement process improvements with systematic solutions and train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applicationsTake a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup as necessaryRequired Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the following financial applications/services: Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or other accounting/ERP applicationStrong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skillsStrong project and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firmProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, VisioPreferred Qualifications

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $93,000 - $170,100Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
