Caregiver Position with Stauber Family

Join the Stauber Family as a Home Support Worker on Rusholme Rd, Toronto. This role involves providing personalized care, support, and companionship to enhance client wellbeing in a home environment. The ideal candidate for this Home Support Worker role will focus on personal hygiene, meal preparation, and engaging clients in conversations. You are expected to assist with daily routines and maintain a safe and inviting atmosphere. A flexible schedule is required since weekends may be part of the workweek, along with some light housekeeping. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care and assistance with hygiene
• Prepare and serve healthy meals for clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations
• Carry out routine housekeeping tasks effectively

• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Education: High school diploma with CPR or First Aid training
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Organized, reliable, and patient demeanor
• Willing to be flexible with work hours
