On-Site Quality Assurance Analyst

Become a key player as an On-Site Quality Assurance Analyst in Downtown Toronto, where your expertise will influence a significant retail transformation. Focus on ensuring that systems across stores and warehouses are tested to perfection. This contract role emphasizes 5 years of software testing experience, with a preference for retail expertise. You'll engage with both technology and business teams to test comprehensive systems affecting order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Your feedback will be instrumental in troubleshooting and validating workflows before deployment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for retail systems
- Conduct functional, SIT, and regression testing as needed
- Utilize Jira to log and manage defects effectively
- Collaborate on root cause analysis with developers and analysts
- Validate business processes from order management to promotions
- Minimum 5 years of software testing experience in enterprises
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines
- Experience with SAP or retail management systems
- Proven track record in defect management and testing
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and documentation
