The work spans LLM inference, orchestration, ML systems, and rigorous evaluation tooling. You will bridge research, experimentation, and production software while improving company-wide AI/ML Ops.Key Responsibilities:
Research and implement state-of-the-art LLM inference and orchestrationBuild machine learning systems operating at Twilio scaleSet standards and tooling for AI/ML evaluationsImprove management of company-wide LLM workloadsIntegrate current AI development stacks into engineering workflowsRequirements:
8+ years of applied machine learning or artificial intelligence experienceProficiency in Python programmingStrong fundamentals in statistical machine learning, transformers, and LLMsExperience with cloud services, high-volume data, and real-time inferenceExtensive ML Ops and LLM Ops experienceApply staff-level technical leadership to Python, LLM inference, evaluation, and scalable AI/ML platform engineering at Twilio.
