Avenir IT is Looking for a driven team player to join our clan at the Expert level. Our Tier 3 IT Engineers are responsible for providing the most senior-level technical support. They can troubleshoot and resolve even the most difficult and complex networking, infrastructure, and server issues.
Their analytic genius is second to none. They know exactly how to diagnose existing systems and procedures and make proactive recommendations for improvements and best practices. At the top of the food chain, the Tier III is responsible for assisting all escalations that stretch beyond the Tier II scope of support, being a trainer, mentor, and leader to their team.
Most importantly, our technicians love playing multiplayer and can converse on the headset with coworkers and clients alike, building relationships through trust, expertise and excellent service.

Skills & Requirements:
- Amazing customer service skills
- Windows Server (all versions)
- Firewalls, Managed Switches, VPNs & WiFi (VLAN, Routing knowledge)
- Exchange Server (all versions)
- Experience with Hyper-V & VMware Infrastructure
- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or VCP Certification is desired
- Azure & Office 365
- Remote Desktop Server
- SQL Database and permissions
- VoIP administration
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory
- Solid understanding of complex IP networks
- Project Management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, time management, project management
- Proficiency in presentation of technical and business subjects to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and drive to be successful
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance.
- Minimum five years relevant IT experience fully supporting and building SMB environments.
- Aptitude and desire to build and mentor a team of your own.
- Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
