Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the finance team of a major professional services organization. This strategic role works closely with leadership and multiple business units to drive performance and support decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and long‑term financial planning.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Manage monthly forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling, profitability analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure reliability of financial KPIs and act as an FP&A resource person.
- Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance projects.
- Act as a business partner.
