Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll help ensure that every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, attentive service.
• Handling administrative tasks accurately to support smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Helping patients understand their eye care options and find solutions that suit their needs and lifestyle.
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Managing invoicing, billing, and insurance coordination with accuracy and care.
• Contributing to clinic initiatives and community projects.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: From CA$19.00 per hour
Additional pay: Commission pay
