• Supporting the end-to-end processes, ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery while optimizing efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Working closely with retail teams to guarantee maximum adoption and engagement with our products.
• Collaborate with technology to optimize our support model's efficiency and ensure that end users derive the utmost value from our developed experiences.
• Take a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the hardware program for retail.
• Monitor feature performance and gather feedback from in-store staff to identify areas for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
