Deine Mission
Als Paid Ads Manager (m/w/d) bei der Argumentorik Akademie verantwortest du die Schaltung, Steuerung und Skalierung sämtlicher bezahlter Werbekampagnen. Du arbeitest direkt für Wlad Jachtchenko – Coach für Führungspersönlichkeiten, Unternehmer und Entscheider im deutschsprachigen Raum.
Dein Ziel: Aus jedem investierten Werbe-Euro maximalen Output erzeugen. Du machst aus kalten Klicks qualifizierte Leads für unsere High-Ticket-Leadership-Programme – profitabel, planbar und skalierbar.
️ Deine Aufgaben
Tägliche Steuerung & Optimierung von Paid-Ad-Kampagnen auf Meta, Google und ggf. LinkedIn
Strukturierte A/B-Tests von Creatives, Hooks, Headlines, Audiences und Angeboten
Aufbau sauberer Kampagnen-Architekturen (CBO/ABO, Audience-Layering, Retargeting-Stacks)
Budget-Allokation & Skalierung profitabler Kampagnen über mehrere Channels hinweg
Tracking-Setup & Attribution mit Hyros, Meta Pixel, GA4 und Funnel-Tools
Tägliches Monitoring zentraler KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Show-Up-Rate
Wöchentliche Reportings mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative-Team zur Entwicklung performanter Anzeigen
Das bringst du mit
Mindestens 4 Jahre operative Erfahrung im Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads Pflicht)
Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Skalierung von Kampagnen mit 5-stelligen Monatsbudgets
Sehr gutes Verständnis für Funnel-Mechaniken & Conversion-Optimierung
Erfahrung mit Tracking-Setups (idealerweise Hyros ) und sauberer Attribution
Sicherer Umgang mit Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels
Plus: ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly
Analytisches Mindset, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise, ROAS-Fokus
Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten im Remote-Setup
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
