Position # : 9001322 Expected Start Date: June 23, 2025 Union: SEIU Facility: Saskatoon City Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Digital Health - Laboratory Medicine North Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 18 $41.980 to $44.970 (3 step range) Travel Required: No : The Laboratory Information System Technologist is responsible for laboratory information system application development and support including the integration of new technologies and service goals with laboratory processes. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience

• Four (4) years experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
• Two (2) years experience working with the Laboratory Information System

Education

• Medical Laboratory Technology diploma (MLT)

Licenses

• Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science
• Saskatchewan Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists

• Advanced knowledge in computer systems integration in a clinical environment
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
