Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) de l’entretien ménager expérimenté(e) , capable de gérer efficacement un département clé de l’hôtel, tout en mobilisant des équipes dans un environnement dynamique et syndiqué.

Ce rôle stratégique est essentiel pour assurer les plus hauts standards de qualité, d’efficacité opérationnelle et de satisfaction client.

Principales responsabilités

Assurer la gestion globale des opérations du département de l’entretien ménager
Planifier, organiser et optimiser les activités quotidiennes afin d’assurer une efficacité opérationnelle maximale
Superviser, encadrer et mobiliser les équipes (préposé(e)s aux chambres, superviseurs)
Gérer un environnement de travail syndiqué et veiller au respect de la convention collective
Assurer le respect des standards de qualité de l’établissement ainsi que des normes de santé et sécurité
Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements (réception, maintenance, direction)
Effectuer des inspections régulières des chambres et des aires publiques
Gérer les horaires, la productivité et le rendement des équipes
Assurer la gestion des inventaires et des commandes (produits, linge, équipements)
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et à l’optimisation des opérations
Gérer les situations problématiques, incluant la résolution de conflits et la gestion du personnel
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire
Expérience en gestion d’un environnement syndiqué
Bilingue (français et anglais)
Exceller dans la gestion du personnel
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion de conflits
Sens développé du service à la clientèle
Capacité de travailler sous pression
Capacité à travailler en équipe
Rapidité d’exécution et sens aigu de l’organisation
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement à rythme rapide
