The Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the full admissions process for the Battlefords Treatment Centre. This role ensures that all incoming applications are complete, eligible, and aligned with admission criteria while maintaining high professional and ethical standards. The Intake Coordinator gathers and verifies applicant information, screens clients for appropriate placement, coordinates room assignments, and completes all intake documentation. They maintain accurate client records, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and communicate with referral agencies, clients, and internal staff.
The position also supports daily operations by answering admissions calls, covering reception as needed, assisting with medication dispensing when required, and contributing to accreditation and organizational compliance. In addition, the Intake Coordinator provides client support by upholding professional boundaries, ensuring proper signout procedures, managing personal item distribution, and adhering to all Battlefords Treatment Centre policies, codes of conduct, and communication protocols.L'offre d'emploi a été publiée il y a 7 heures
