Litigation Articling Student - Claims & Research
Definity
Definity is seeking a law student to join our co-op program in Toronto, Ontario, for a 10-month articling placement during the 2027-2028 work term. You will gain hands-on experience in litigation, research, writing, and advocacy within a supportive team environment.
The role emphasizes professional responsibility, fact investigation, drafting, negotiation, and participation in the litigation process, including motions and discovery. We value initiative and strong communication.
