Plans and supervise restoration projects from beginning to end, making sure everything is done on time, within budget, and meets the required standards.Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of tradespeople in construction, installation, and repair.
Creates a timeline for the work and makes sure everything stays on track and supervise the contractors to complete the job in timely manner.
Makes sure the work is done well by setting up quality checks.
Represents the company in site checks with clients and provide an estimate of workload to the team.
Keeps clients updated with regular progress reports and timelines.
Hires and manages workers and subcontractors to get the job done.
