Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard?
What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.
As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as Government Buildings, Sports Facilities, Retail Environments , Secure Facilities, etc.
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday 23:00 – 07:00
Location: N3S 7N9
Pay Rate: $20.60/hr

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard
- Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Check identification and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Community outreach with vulnerable populations
- Enforcement of the Trespass to Property Act
Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Able to pass an Advanced Use of Force Training Course
- Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest
