Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our rental business. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth internal workflows and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reconciling invoices and vendor payments
- In charge of the inbox
- Assist operations manager with daily tasks
- Supply runs
- Respond to customer inquiries (Phone, email etc)
- Ensure rentals are completed in our software correctly
- Track inventory for life jackets, equipment and cleaning supplies
