NYGH Project Delivery Manager - Clinical Focus

Drive impactful clinical project delivery at North York General Hospital, a leader in academic healthcare. This full-time position focuses on harmonizing clinical operations with design and implementation efforts. In the role of Manager, Project Delivery – Clinical, you will lead the planning and execution of the New Patient Care Tower project through a collaborative Alliance model. This position aims to translate clinical operational needs into effective design solutions, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear design guidance based on clinical workflows
- Lead stakeholder engagement for design validation
- Facilitate clinical readiness planning and user group meetings
- Ensure compliance with functional program requirements
- Document key decisions and monitor project progress
- Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical operations
- Familiarity with healthcare project delivery preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams
- Project Management certification is advantageous
