As a leading investment consulting firm, we help organizations manage investment complexity, establish risk tolerance and improve governance. We are a global investment consulting practice providing advice to institutional investors (primarily defined benefits and defined contribution plans) in the areas of asset allocation, investment policy, investment manager evaluation and research, investment performance evaluation and miscellaneous investment research. 

The Role

WTW is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Operations to play a critical role in enabling the effective execution of priorities across the Investments business in North America.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategic project delivery, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will help translate business priorities into action—driving outcomes, improving operating efficiency, and ensuring leaders and teams are aligned and supported. This role will operate with greater autonomy and accountability, taking ownership of initiatives and driving delivery across teams.

Role and responsibilities:

Coordinate business operations in Canada (25%)

• Work with the Senior Business Manager to manage core operational processes for the Canada Investments business
• Manage junior Business Operations Specialist and have dotted line management of two Manila Administration Hub colleagues supporting Canada Investments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements that scale

Enable Canadian leadership and governance (20%)

Support senior leadership forums by shaping agendas and materials

Act as a trusted partner to Business Managers and senior leaders, ensuring alignment on decisions and that priorities move forward

Translate data into clear insights, risks, and actions

Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting inputs, and performance tracking for Canada

Coordinate NA communications (20%)

• Own the NA Investments communications calendar, bringing structure and visibility to key initiatives and messaging
• Coordinate internal communications (e.g., leadership updates, newsletters, townhalls) to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment
• Help improve how we communicate across US and Canada—reducing noise and increasing impact

Support NA people strategy and colleague experience (20%)

• Partner with the Talent Development Leader to support delivery of key people initiatives
• Support leadership messaging and materials tied to colleague experience and transformation

Contribute to NA initiatives (15%)

• Ensure consistency in documentation, tracking, and reporting across projects
• Support the rollout of firmwide programs and business initiatives

Who you will work with

• Report directly to the North America Investments Business Management Leader
• Partner closely with Canada Investments leadership and US Business Manager
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, Technology, Risk, and Global Investments teams

Qualifications

The Requirements

The candidate is someone who has:

• Project leadership and execution – ability to drive work independently from start to finish
• Stakeholder management – able to influence and collaborate across all levels
• Structured thinking and problem solving – translates ambiguity into actionable plans
• Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational excellence – manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of professional services firm experience

Experience we value:

• Business operations, PMO, consulting, or transformation experience
• Financial services or professional services background (Investments experience a plus)
• Exposure to process improvement, reporting, or cross functional initiatives

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
