The RPN will be responsible for providing care and support to senior clients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and supporting daily living activities. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients' well-being and addressing any changes in their condition promptly and effectively. The RPN will contribute to creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for all clients.QualificationsCurrent RPN license and knowledge of nursing practices and regulations in OntarioProficiency in patient care, health assessments, and individualized care planningCompetency in medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of health conditionsEffective communication, collaboration, and documentation skillsCompassionate and patient-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality careExperience in senior care, including dementia, Alzheimer's, or chronic illness management, is an assetCPR/First Aid certification and compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirementsProficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standardsWe are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
