Senior Product Marketing Manager - AlayaCare

Join AlayaCare as a Senior Product Marketing Manager to enhance home care through data-driven strategies and AI insights. Lead the marketing efforts for our US Home Care sector. As a key player at AlayaCare, you will oversee product marketing strategies and execution for our US Home Care initiatives. Your expertise will drive the Tri-Annual release process and foster cross-departmental collaboration that maximizes product adoption. Develop training resources and ensure our teams are well-equipped to communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Tri-Annual releases from planning to readiness
Create compelling product stories and customer journeys
Develop internal training programs and marketing toolkits
Measure and analyze product success metrics
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in product marketing and strategy
Strong background in SaaS and home care market
Proven project management and analytical abilities
Advanced skills in tools like Looker and Roadmunk
Knowledge of AI usage in marketing practices
