Java Architect for Futures Technology Team

Be a part of The Company’s Futures Technology team as a Java Architect. Focus on building scalable and resilient applications in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment.
As a Java Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust microservices while mentoring mid-level developers. Your role involves addressing challenging technical issues in low-latency settings, collaborating with global teams, and driving modern technology adoption within the architecture. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our trading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-performance Java-based microservices
• Solve complex low-latency data processing problems
• Lead collaboration within Agile teams for solution delivery
• Advocate for code quality and automated testing standards
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in software development
• Profound knowledge of Java and scalable applications
• Strong background in architecture of distributed systems
• Expertise in Kafka and messaging platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
