Associate Program Manager

Cencora seeks an Associate Program Manager to oversee project execution and daily operations for patient and provider support services in Canada. The role involves coordinating tasks, monitoring compliance, and communicating progress to stakeholders while supporting a healthcare commercialization program.
Responsibilities
- Supervise execution of assigned projects within defined delivery model for reliable outcomes
- Coordinate task assignments, schedules, and handoffs to maintain consistent workflow throughput
- Monitor protocol adherence, documentation quality, and system data accuracy for compliant execution
- Prepare status reporting and stakeholder communications tracking progress against milestones
- Identify training needs and deliver refresher enablement to reduce errors and rework
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in change management, project management, or process improvement
- Less than 2 years of management experience preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe, Lean, or Six Sigma) preferred
- Advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective stakeholder communication and attention to detail
