Campus Talent Acquisition Lead - Internships & Programs

Connor, Clark & Lunn group

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Campus Programs to shape our campus strategy for the Quantitative Equity teams. You will build relationships with universities, plan events, and manage internship sourcing and offers.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, track metrics, and partner with business leaders to attract top student and early-career talent.
