Customer Service Representative

We are currently scouting a member to join our team as a part-time/casual Customer Service Representative (CSR), primarily providing weekend coverage, with the occasional morning or evening shift as needed. FBO CSRs are the first impression for all charter, fuel and FBO Customers. The individual in this position must have the ability to provide engaging, detail-oriented customer service while coordinating the front desk in an unpredictable environment.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates all Customers Service requirements for Kreos Aviation.

Represents the initial company contact with customers and visitors by greeting them in a professional manner by telephone or radio.

Organizes concierge services for the FBO customer.

Daily Processing of various invoicing and transactions.

Provided general upkeep, stocking, and light housekeeping for the building.

Operate a multi-line telephone system and radio system communicating with aircraft and ground vehicles.

Daily coordination and processing of various transactions including invoicing and data entry.

Any other duties that may arise and may be assigned under the scope of the FBO.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will reflect Kreos' unrelenting culture of exceptional service and will demonstrate the following:
Previous experience working with the public in a customer service setting.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing assignments or situations.

1-3 years office experience considered an asset.
