Enterprise Delivery Transformation Leader

Transform enterprise onboarding at Deliverect through AI-driven automation, scalable frameworks, and cross-functional leadership across the Americas.As Head of Customer Delivery, you will empower regional implementation teams to deliver consistent outcomes at scale. Your work spans complex integrations, partner resolution, executive escalations, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Partnerships. This full-time role is hybrid, with three office days and two home days.Key Responsibilities:
Refine Mid-Market and Enterprise onboarding frameworksIntroduce AI automation to reduce manual delivery workMobilize teams without direct line authorityUnblock POS, payment, and logistics integrationsProvide executive visibility into regional risksRequirements:
Degree in business, technology, or equivalent experienceTechnical fluency across APIs and multi-party environmentsCross-functional leadership and persuasion skillsSpanish fluency preferred for LATAM engagementsConsulting or SaaS delivery scaling background preferredLead Deliverect’s delivery transformation with AI automation, enterprise integrations, and cross-functional influence across North and Latin America.
