Senior Enterprise Transformation Manager
IMAX Enhanced | Streaming & Consumer Technology
Lead enterprise transformation at IMAX through AI strategy and cross-functional execution in a highly visible senior management role. Shape initiatives that improve operations, customer service, and decision-making.As Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation, you will partner with executives to design and implement strategic initiatives. The work combines business analysis, change management, program delivery, and emerging technology. You will translate business needs for technical teams while measuring outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-value opportunities to improve IMAX operations and decisionsChampion AI-driven solutions across business functions and leadership teamsLead transformation programs spanning technology, operations, and strategyEstablish objectives, metrics, and execution frameworks for timely deliveryAdvise senior leaders on progress, outcomes, and strategic implicationsRequirements:
Significant experience in transformation, strategy, change management, or consultingPrior exposure to digital transformation, media, entertainment, or technologyStrong proficiency with AI concepts and applicationsAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and calculate ROISuccess influencing executives across high-stakes initiativesApply enterprise transformation, AI, and executive leadership skills to advance IMAX strategy through measurable cross-functional change.
