Human Capital Business Partner at Agropur

Become a strategic advisor at Agropur as a Human Capital Business Partner. Drive labor relations, HR practices, and engagement strategies in a collaborative unionized environment. In this key role, you will serve as a trusted partner to plant management, guiding them through talent management, performance metrics, and culture enhancement. You'll ensure compliance with collective agreements and labor laws while maintaining productive workplace relationships. Your expertise will be vital in supporting management during organizational changes and labor relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management on HR practices and policies
- Manage labor relations and collective bargaining processes
- Support staffing and integration of new employees
- Monitor workplace climate and employee engagement
- Collaborate on health, safety, and absence management
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
- Five years experience in a unionized setting
- Strong English communication skills
- Certified HR professional (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as necessary
