Hughes Collective is recruiting on behalf of our client, a community-focused co-operative. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Lead to support daily front-end operations at their Moosomin location.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Grocery Manager, you will help coordinate the front-end team, deliver great customer service, and support daily operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and developing leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cashier assignments, till coverage, and daily front-end activities.
Support and guide team members while leading by example.
Assist customers and resolve service concerns.
Oversee self-checkouts and online order activity.
Support cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention.
Step in during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems, or willing to learn.
Confidence providing direction and supporting coworkers.
A positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
Previous leadership experience is an asset, but not required.
Schedule
Full-time, rotating daytime and evening shifts, including every other weekend. Typical weekday shifts are 8 AM5 PM or 11 AM8 PM.
