The position is based at our downtown Montréal office, in a hybrid work model.

Your role

The Associate Brand Manager plays a key role in supporting the development and management of Yoplait’s strategic brands and the company’s broader portfolio. Working closely with the Brand Manager, the Associate Brand Manager will contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, help lead product launch projects, and conduct in‑depth brand performance analyses in a dynamic environment.

What you will accomplish daily

Brand Strategy Support

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop marketing strategies aimed at achieving brand growth and awareness objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and digital activities.

Marketing Project Management

• Plan and manage new product launches and product renovations, ensuring their success in the market.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.
• Oversee collaborations with external agencies for content creation, visuals, and advertising campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Tracking

• Analyze brand performance using sales data, market studies, and analytical tools (e.g., Nielsen).
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose recommendations to optimize results.
• Conduct competitive monitoring to identify market opportunities and anticipate trends.

Daily Operational Management

• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, operations, finance) to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Participate in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, product sheets, coupons, etc.
• Support the Brand Manager with administrative marketing tasks, including budget and vendor management.

What you need to join our team

• University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in the food industry or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM tools is an asset (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of the Canadian market (e.g., consumer behaviors, labeling regulations).
• Bilingualism (French and English) for daily communications.
