Reporting to the Interim Manager, Partnership Development and Outreach, you will be responsible for achieving client recruitment and enrollment goals for UWW/EXP’ programs and services. 
The Partner Development and Outreach Specialist- Northern Ontario will build and maintain trusting meaningful relationships with community partners to generate program applicants who are committed to taking steps toward a meaningful career via UWW/EXP’ programs. You will be accountable for meeting partner development and outreach targets and growing our program opportunities to align with our strategic plan. 
You are comfortable connecting with people from various backgrounds that align with the strategic UWW/EXP’s community outreach plan. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and developing relationships with stakeholders within the community to cultivate participant applicant pipelines, relevant referrals and opportunities.


You are based in Northern Ontario but will be responsible for outreach activities in Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury and the surrounding areas. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO


Partnership Development  
• Develop and maintain new and existing partnerships with community agencies, career development organizations, transitional living centres, shelters, drop-in centres, immigrant and health programs and centres and any other community service organizations whose clients can benefit from the services of Up With Women/ Exponenti’elles. 
• Seek out new relationships by creating appointments and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media tools, and other prospecting techniques. 
• Execute creative follow-up efforts that result in maintaining and establishing trusting meaningful relationships. 
• Develop, organize, and lead a partnership development plan that will create and maintain partnerships with community organizations that will mutually support the needs of the communities we serve.
• Deliver informative and engaging presentations to community partners, and prospective clients virtually and/or in person and build ongoing relationships with community partner agencies and their staff. 
• Network and represent to improve the presence and reputation of UWW/EXP. 
• Assist the UWW/EXP teams in spreading brand awareness through organizing and participating in lead generation activity including program events, job fairs, community education efforts, and marketing campaigns, and others as required. 
• Plan, organize and help secure guest speakers for presentations. 
• Deliver key program activities, including client outreach and recruitment. 
• Monitor implementation of program processes and policies for the purposes of high-quality service delivery and continuous quality improvement 
• Maintain partner records in Salesforce, including creation of new partners and all required information, and entry of all communications, including presentations, phone calls, emails, etc. 
• Conduct regular data reviews, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data entered regarding key metrics
• Run reports as needed regarding key performance indicators and outcomes.
• Facilitate positive relations within the program team, with other departments within UWW/EXP, and with stakeholders at large.
• Support the program teams in understanding the outcomes of partner development and outreach activities for the purpose of program planning.
• Support the management team to effectively resolve issues and respond to sensitive inquiries and concerns from referral partners.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UWW/EXP’s suite of services and value proposition to engage new and existing participants to UWW/EXP coaching program.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• 4+ years of successful value/benefit propagation, relationships building or community reach-out experience and a proven track record. 
• Results-driven and demonstrated ability to meet performance targets by deadlines and critical time periods.
• Experience with the prospecting process and the sales/partner development cycle.
• Strong expertise in client and community service with an orientation toward innovation and collaboration. 
• Communication skills: You have exceptional oral and written skills. You are comfortable in face-to-face and virtual meetings, communicating by telephone, in-person, or email to answer inquiries and coordinate details. You can foster and nurture internal and external relationships with participants, colleagues, funders, community and employer partners, and other stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, result-oriented, strategic, logical, and methodical thinker. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Innovative, adaptable, and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage own workload and time. 
• Demonstrable ability to exhibit a high level of sensitivity, relatability, and emotional intelligence. You understand the socio-economic and mental health barriers faced by persons of all backgrounds. You have an understanding of the relevant experiences of diverse community members, including new Canadians, people with disabilities, LGBTQ, low-income, and racialized groups. 
• Must be able to inspire loyalty and trust with internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other CRM) and Planner (or other project management software) and the ability to easily learn new tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Previous experience, exposure, or understanding of social services, or a related discipline.
• Perfectly Bilingual, French and English (both written and spoken)

Preferred
• Lived experience of poverty and intersecting barriers is an asset.

Relevant du Responsable, Sensibilisation et Développement de Partenariats, vous serez responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de recrutement et d’inscription de nouveaux clients aux programmes et services d’UWW/EXP.
Le Spécialiste en Développement et Sensibilisation communautaire sera le garant de rapports étroits avec les partenaires communautaires, permettant ainsi d’identifier de nouveaux candidats, engagés à donner un nouvel élan à leur carrière, par le biais des programmes UWW/EXP. 
Vous êtes redevable de la réalisation des objectifs liés à la mobilisation de nouveaux partenaires, à l’exécution de nos programmes et à la création de nouvelles opportunités, conformément à notre plan stratégique. Vous avez une aisance relationnelle vous permettant d’interagir avec des personnes de divers horizons et milieux sociaux, dans le cadre du plan stratégique de sensibilisation communautaire de UWW/EXP. Vous aurez en charge l’identification, le développement et la hiérarchisation des relations avec les différents intervenants de la communauté, afin de créer et d’entretenir un pipeline de candidats potentiels, de recommandations et d’opportunités pertinentes. 


Vous êtes basés dans le Nord de l'Ontario mais êtes responsable des activités de sensibilisation à Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury et les environs.


VOS RESPONSABILITÉS


Développement de partenariats  
• Créer de nouveaux partenariats, entretenir les relations déjà en place avec les organismes communautaires, les centres de développement de carrière, les maisons de transition, les centres de réfugiés, les centres d’accueil, les centres de santé pour les immigrants et tout autre organisme de services communautaires dont les clients pourraient bénéficier des services de UWW/EXP. 
• Prospecter de nouveaux réseaux de contact en prenant des rendez-vous et en créant des opportunités à travers différentes techniques d’appel à froid, e-mailing, réseaux sociaux et autres. 
• Mettre en œuvre des outils novateurs de suivi et de maintien de relations de confiance avec les partenaires. 
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de développement de partenariats qui permettra de créer et d’entretenir des relations privilégiées avec les organismes communautaires, pour répondre mutuellement aux besoins des communautés que nous servons. 
• Animer des séances informatives et engageantes avec les partenaires communautaires et clients potentiels, en virtuel ou en présentiel, en assurant un suivi et contact continus, à la fois avec les organismes partenaires et leur personnel.
• Créer un réseau de contacts et être un réel ambassadeur d’UWW/EXP pour développer sa présence et réputation sur le marché. 
• Apporter du support aux équipes UWW/EXP pour promouvoir la marque, en organisant et en participant à des activités génératrices de prospects, auprès de salons de l’emploi, centres communautaires, campagnes marketing…et autres 
• Planifier, organiser et contribuer à l’identification de conférenciers pour les évènements. 
• Exécuter les activités clés du programme, y compris le recrutement et la sensibilisation des clients. 
• Assurer la mise en place de processus et de procédures permettant un service de qualité élevé et s’inscrivant dans un processus d’amélioration continue. 
• Créer, mettre à jour et assurer la précision des informations relatives aux dossiers des partenaires sur la plateforme Salesforce, y compris la saisie des correspondances, les présentations, les appels téléphoniques, les courriels, etc. 
• Effectuer des analyses régulières des données, en veillant à l'exhaustivité et à l'exactitude des données saisies concernant les indicateurs clés.
• Réaliser des rapports, selon les besoins, concernant les indicateurs de performance clés et les résultats.
• Coordonner les interactions en interne, aussi bien avec l’équipe programmes qu’avec les autres départements de UWW/EXP et tout autre interlocuteur, en privilégiant un climat de travail positif. 
• Soutenir les équipes de programme dans la compréhension des résultats des activités de développement et de sensibilisation des partenaires dans le but de la planification des programmes.
• Soutenir l'équipe de gestion pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes et répondre aux demandes et préoccupations sensibles des partenaires de référence.
• Développer et maintenir une compréhension approfondie de la gamme de services offerts par UWW/EXP ainsi que sa proposition de valeur, en vue d’attirer de nouveaux participants et entretenir ceux déjà existants.

VOS COMPÉTENCES 


Obligatoires
• 4+ans d’expérience réussie et prouvée dans l’engagement et la sensibilisation communautaire et la création de partenariats solides. 
• Axé sur les résultats avec une capacité prouvée à atteindre les objectifs de performance dans les délais impartis, et qui sont parfois très réduits.
• Expérience en prospection et en développement du cycle commercial/partenaires.
• Expertise en service à la clientèle et à la communauté, orientée vers l’innovation et la collaboration. 
Communication : Vous avez des compétences orales et écrites exceptionnelles. Vous êtes à l’aise à prendre la parole en public dans des réunions en présentiel mais aussi en virtuel, par téléphone et par courriel, pour répondre et coordonner les demandes de renseignements reçues. Vous êtes capable de promouvoir et d’entretenir les relations internes et externes avec toutes les catégories d’intervenants, collègues, donateurs, partenaires communautaires etc…
• Très motivé, autonome, axé sur les résultats, penseur stratégique, logique et méthodique. 
• Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Créatif, flexible et enthousiaste, vous avez une expérience probante de travail de manière indépendante, à gérer son propre temps et charge de travail. 
• Vous faites preuve d'un haut niveau de sensibilité, d'aisance relationnelle et d'intelligence émotionnelle. Vous comprenez les obstacles socio-économiques et de santé mentale auxquels sont confrontés les personnes de toutes origines. Vous comprenez les expériences pertinentes de divers membres de la communauté, y compris les nouveaux Canadiens, les personnes en situation de handicap, la communauté LGBTQ, les personnes à faible revenu et les groupes racisés. 
• Vous inspirez loyauté et confiance auprès des intervenants internes et externes.
• Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office, Salesforce (ou tout autre logiciel de gestion de la relation client) et Planner (ou tout autre logiciel de gestion de projet) avec une capacité à apprendre facilement de nouveaux outils, dans le souci d’amélioration de la rentabilité et de l’efficacité. 

• Une expérience préalable, expérience personnelle vécue ou une compréhension des services sociaux, ou d’une discipline connexe.

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
