Job Responsibility:
: Right at Home - Winnipeg, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Instructor for a casual position with a commitment of 1-2 full days of training. The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license and active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct staff training sessions.
- Perform client home visits for follow-ups or one-on-one training.
- Ensure high standards of professional and interpersonal skills in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license and active registration with CRNM.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Home care experience is an asset.
- Training experience is an asset.
- Excellent professional and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in home care.
- Prior experience in training or educational roles.
