Client Support Specialist - Work From Home

We are expanding our remote team and looking for driven individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and providing professional support. In this role, you will connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs. You will answer questions, explain options in a simple and professional way, and guide each person through the process with care and attention to detail.
