Your New Role

As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of change strategies for complex enterprise-wide programs. Working closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and HR partners, you will assess organizational readiness, manage stakeholder engagement, develop communication and learning strategies, and drive successful adoption of transformational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management strategies and plans for large, complex transformation programs and initiatives. 
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations. 
• Develop and execute communication, learning, coaching, sponsorship, and resistance management strategies. 
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to build sponsorship, engagement, and commitment to change. 
• Monitor adoption, measure change effectiveness, and implement corrective actions to close adoption gaps. 
• Provide expert coaching and guidance on change management best practices while supporting continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must-Have Requirements

• University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related discipline. 
• Extensive experience leading organizational change management activities for large-scale, complex business transformation programs. 
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, and change adoption strategies. 
• Experience developing and executing communication, learning, sponsor roadmap, coaching, and resistance management plans. 
• Proven ability to influence and consult with senior leaders and executive stakeholders. 
• Strong project management capabilities, including experience managing risks, issues, budgets, schedules, and progress reporting.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Prosci Change Management certification or comparable change management certification. 
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience contributing to enterprise OCM frameworks, methodologies, communities of practice, or continuous improvement initiatives.
