Job Summary <\/h3>

Supervise daily operations in a food service establishment to ensure efficient service, quality food and a positive customer experience. Coordinate staff, resources and processes to meet operational targets and regulatory standards. <\/p>

Main Duties <\/h3>

• Supervise front - and back -of -house staff during shifts and assign duties to meet service demands. <\/li>
• Create and maintain staff schedules, manage shift coverage and approve time -off requests. <\/li>
• Monitor food preparation, portioning and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards. <\/li>
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation procedures and conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance. <\/li>
• Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies and monitor food cost and waste control. <\/li>
• Train, coach and evaluate employees, and respond to customer inquiries or complaints to achieve resolution. <\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements <\/h3>
  

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent education. <\/li>
  • Minimum two years of experience in food service with demonstrated supervisory or lead responsibilities. <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of food handling, sanitation and workplace safety practices. <\/li>
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required. <\/li>
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including prolonged standing and lifting moderate weights. <\/li>
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point -of -sale, scheduling or inventory systems. <\/li><\/ul>
