- Recruiting, interviewing, recruiting and training staff. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Manage the work schedule of staff. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Conduct regular kitchen inspections to determine if proper sanitation and hygiene standards are being maintained. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Monitor the preparation, presentation and storage of food to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Check out the customers to learn about the quality of the food and service. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other essentials are properly stocked. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Monitor cash flow and pay outstanding bills. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Handle customer complaints professionally. <\/span> <\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements <\/h3>
- High School Diploma or GED. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is an advantage. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Proven experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to work in a fast -paced environment. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to stand for long periods of time. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Solid management skills. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent organizational skills. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to communicate effectively. <\/span> <\/span>
