Are you motivated by building customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and being rewarded for results? 

WM is looking for an Account Executive I to manage and grow an established portfolio of current customers. This role is focused on customer retention, account growth, service agreement renewals, and revenue expansion . 

You will not be starting from zero. You will work with existing WM customers to strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver solutions that support their business needs.

This position offers a competitive base salary and is eligible for commissions .

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing WM customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Renew, update, and secure customer service agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For: 

 

Required Qualifications  

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a business-to-business or non-consumer sales environment (in addition to education requirement) and
• Bilingual (French & English) - For Quebec Applicants: We require a bilingual speaking executive because this role requires frequent interactions and communications with employees, customers and others who are located outside of Quebec.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to grow relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system is an asset.

 

Pay: The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $55,000 - $57,500. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is for an existing vacancy. In addition, this position is eligible for commission.

This role is designated as Hybrid which will follow the WM Office Policy requiring in office work and an option to work remotely one day per week
