Nous avons besoin de vos talents!Le conseiller en sécurité financière jouera un rôle déterminant dans l’accompagnement du client pour le protéger et protéger les siens face aux imprévus. À l’écoute et soucieux de maintenir une relation à long terme avec le client, vous lui proposerez les stratégies de protection les mieux adaptées à sa situation en assurance vie, invalidité, maladies graves, etc. Fonceur, dynamique et autonome, vous contribuerez aux objectifs de développement des affaires par la prospection, l'identification et le développement d’opportunités d'affaires.
Le conseiller en sécurité financière aura un portefeuille de clients existant.
EXIGENCES
Idéalement, la personne recherchée possède un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou deux (2) années collégiales dans le domaine des affaires, incluant le programme de qualification en assurance de personnes (PQAP/LLQP) ou de l’expérience équivalente dans le milieu des affaires. Elle doit également être titulaire d'un permis d’agent d’assurance vie, accident et maladie ou être disposée à l'obtenir. Maîtrise des deux langues officielles.

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Puisque vous aurez à voyager, vous devrez fournir votre automobile.
Les gains annuels prévus pour une personne répondant aux attentes du poste se situent généralement entre 60 000 $ et 140 000 $. Les revenus réels peuvent être supérieurs ou inférieurs à cette fourchette selon les ventes réalisées. Afin de soutenir l’intégration, un revenu de base de 41 600$, excluant les commissions, est offert pendant les deux premières années d’emploi.
UNI Assurance offre une rémunération concurrentielle, basée sur des commissions incluant un revenu garanti fixe pour les deux (2) premières années afin de vous accompagner dans la construction et l'évolution de vos affaires. Vous bénéficierez également de formations combinées à un soutien de qualité afin de réunir les conditions gagnantes à votre succès tout en vous taillant une place de choix parmi les meilleurs.
