Remote Account Lead at CBI Health

CBI Health

Become the expert as a Remote Account Lead at CBI Health, facilitating exceptional service in disability coordination. Your responsibility will include managing referrals and ensuring outstanding client care. As a full-time Account Lead, you will collaborate with designated disability referral sources and CBI Health clinicians. Your role demands a nuanced understanding of client needs and effective communication with stakeholders. You will oversee clinical files, manage service delivery, and ensure programs align with referral goals. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate checkpoints with Account representatives
Maintain oversight of clinical files and assessments
Collaborate on challenging cases with the National Manager
Track Key Performance Indicators with Business Services
Innovate service delivery for optimal outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
3+ years in clinical or disability coordination roles
Experience in health and rehabilitation sectors
Familiarity with disability insurance
Must reside in Canada for remote work
