Field Sales Representative - Bulkley-Nechako Region

Become a driving force in sales as a Territory Sales Representative for Bulkley-Nechako & Kitimat, Canada. This field-based, full-time position requires extensive travel and customer interaction. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships with hardware retailers, allocating 90% of your work in the field. The role encompasses understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and developing strategic sales proposals. You'll also conduct customer visits while promoting e-commerce and store layout enhancements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships to improve sales performance
- Identify customer needs with strategic recommendations
- Create customized proposals for business opportunities
- Engage in customer visits and plan territory actions
- Use CRM tools for managing customer data
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation competencies
- Background in wholesale or retail hardware beneficial
- Familiar with Google Suite and Salesforce tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel
