Google UJET Specialist Remote Position

TELUS Digital

Elevate contact center operations with TELUS Digital as a Google UJET Specialist. Work remotely while leveraging your technical expertise in the Google UJET CCAIP platform to resolve issues and optimize configurations. This contract-based role demands a strong background in Google UJET, focusing on root cause analysis and technical issue resolution. You will independently manage key components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance customer experience operations. Continuous improvement and documentation efforts are key parts of the role. Key Responsibilities:

Perform root cause analysis on Google UJET platform issues
Configure and maintain platform components like Routing & Queues
Oversee callback configurations for optimal customer handling
Lead agent setup and troubleshoot network issues
Integrate Dialogflow with CCAIP and manage conversation design

Requirements:

Proven expertise with Google UJET CCAIP platform
Advanced troubleshooting skills in contact center environments
Experience with telephony/network troubleshooting and queue management
Hands-on experience with Dialogflow integration
Strong communication skills and self-review abilities
