About the Opportunity
Empower and Thrive is expanding and seeking experienced HR and people-focused professionals who are exploring a career transition into the personal and professional development sector.
This is a remote, consulting-style role suited to professionals who value meaningful work, flexibility, and continuous learning, and who are open to applying their transferable skills in a new environment.
This is not traditional salaried employment. The role operates within structured systems, professional frameworks, and established training pathways.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supported by proven systems and ongoing training while working independently in a remote environment. Activities include:
- Engaging with individuals interested in personal and professional development
- Supporting structured conversations and follow-up processes
- Participating in ongoing training and leadership development
- Using established systems and professional tools
- Managing your own workflow in a flexible, remote setting
