Lead Oracle Retail Projects Hybrid Role

Join a public sector client as a Senior Oracle Retail Project Manager, overseeing hybrid implementations. This role integrates multiple Oracle Retail modules while driving successful retail transformations. You will lead end-to-end Oracle Retail implementations, focusing on modules like Merchandising and Customer Engagement. This senior position demands robust project management experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Your efforts will ensure that retail transformations meet scope, budget, and quality expectations while providing visibility across business and IT streams. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full lifecycle Oracle Retail implementations
• Define project objectives and develop detailed plans
• Ensure projects align with schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and stakeholders
• Mentor cross-functional teams for performance goals Requirements:
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Retail implementations
• Strong knowledge of retail processes and Oracle Retail Suite
• Proven leadership in project design through hyper care
• Eligibility for Reliability level security clearance
• Background in retail transformation initiatives Drive successful Oracle Retail implementations and transform retail environments with your leadership expertise.
