In this role, you will provide leadership to the Fire Prevention team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and foster robust relationships across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Create targeted public education programs to enhance fire safety

• Oversee volunteer firefighter operations and maintain stakeholder relations

Requirements

• Diploma in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in municipal fire services
• NFPA certifications in fire inspection and safety education required
• Knowledge of all relevant legislation and guidelines
• Strong leadership and coaching skills within team environments
