Provide friendly and professional customer service. Process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner, package customer orders and assist with other requests from the front end. Here’s Where You’ll Have An Impact
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Provide carry out services to customers
- Complete sanitary procedures to ensure a clean department
- Ensure adequate department supply levels
- Merchandise Front End Department
- Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures
- Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries
- Participate in the training of junior staff
- Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards
- Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required

- Partial High School
