About the Position
Location: Laval, QC (On-site)
Employment Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours/week)
Floravi is looking for a passionate, organized, and strategic Marketing Project Coordinator to support the President and Marketing Director in developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives (online and in-store) and brand awareness goals
- Planning, overseeing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, television, and media)
- Coordinating field marketing initiatives and special projects
- Managing and coordinating external partners (agencies, influencers, and vendors) to ensure successful campaign execution
- Creating email marketing campaigns/newsletters in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance, and recommending optimizations
- Working closely with the internal team to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's business objectives
- Managing the marketing budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong project management skills
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing external partners
- Good understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and paid media
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with initiative, organization, and attention to detail
- Bilingual (French and English) required
