Empire Life is in search of a Tax and Estate Planning Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires you to support Distribution partners, evaluate trends, and assist in developing strategic marketing initiatives. Teamwork will be key in refining presentations and providing valuable support to advisors. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer marketing guidance to Distribution partners
- Analyze trends in the insurance and investment sectors
- Prepare and conduct technical presentations
- Support project initiatives as directed
- Strengthen the company's brand via presentations and workshops
- 3-5 years in tax and estate planning marketing
- Significant experience in research and analysis
- Bilingual in English and French is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing field
- CPA or CFP designations are preferred
